Yoga and home organization work together to free your body of tension and your house of clutter, revealing a spaciousness and freedom inside and out. Our homes and bodies hold on to more than we need. Getting anchored in abundance and releasing our grip leads to ease and enjoyment in body and place.
In this workshop, you will learn the basics of the KonMari method of home organization and experience movement, breath, and meditation designed to help you create space and let go of what is not essential. Bring your tensions and your stuff into the light and learn to hold all things loosely while enjoying the abundance of life!
Bring a yoga mat and journal. We will have some mats available if you do not already own one. Please don't feel the need to purchase anything new for this workshop.
No yoga experience needed.
We will close the afternoon with a celebration including snacks and champagne from 4:30 - 5:00.
