Mindful HomeBody Women’s Circle

Home + Life + Values Aligned

Launching January 2024

Tired of putting off your home projects
for “someday”?

What skeletons in your closet have you been unable
to face on your own?

You don’t have to do it alone. And you don’t have to be a gajillionaire to get support.

We all have nagging projects that our best self would want us to do, but we keep putting them off.

If you are ready to make a big shift, mindful decluttering and intentional adding could be your jumpstart.

An organized home is
just the beginning.

Realigning our external environment is the starting point of an inward journey.

What is included in
Mindful HomeBody Membership?

    • Including dozens of videos instructing you step by step how to mindfully declutter and reorganize your home.

    • Your guide, Erin Mursch, shares Marie Kondo's wisdom on approaching piles of stuff with focus and intention to realign your environment to your current frequency.

    • AKA “Body doubling” - we all show up on Zoom with something we are ready to get done (shredding papers, cleaning out the pantry, filing taxes, whatever).

    • We reciprocally provide accountability and support to do that thing (2hours per week).

    • These power sessions boost collective morale and productivity, allowing us to get more done each week and feel less alone.

    • We gather virtually monthly at full moon to let go of what is no longer serving us.

    • Ceremonies may include movement, writing exercises, breathwork, or other mindful practice.

  • Writing prompts and guided meditation audio recordings.

    • Monthly Guest Speakers on a variety of topics to provide extra value on your mindfulness journey. Potential Guest Speakers / workshops might include:

      • Wardrobe styling

      • Astrology for self-acceptance

      • Sustainable home practices

      • Growing through Grief

      • Cultivating a home Yoga practice

  • I studied Marie Kondo's materials for years and only ever got through my clothing and no further. With Erin's experience and guidance I went through my clothing again, media, kitchen and working on papers. This is the farthest I have gotten and it feels so good! I know what joy feels like!
